The Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) requires companies to comply with the NI43-101 and Cimval codes. It requires companies to submit a long-form NI43-101 Technical Report and a Cimval Valuation Report when listing. Short-form reports, such as Mineral Resources Statements, Techno-Economic Reports, Valuation Statements, Metallurgical Statements and Prospectivity Statements, may assist a competent person compile long-form technical and valuation reports.
