Description
A Competent Person's Report (CPR) is a Techno-Economic Report. It represents the opinions on a deposit of a registered professional, independent of the client and its subsidiaries. By reason of his/her education, professional associations and past relevant work experience, the person is deemed as qualified to form an opinion of the deposit.
A full CPR is required for listing on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange Securities Exchange and will also be accepted for listing on the London Stock Exchange’s AIM.
The technical equivalents of the CPR are the NI43-101 Technical Report and the JORC Qualified Person's Report.
