The JSE Section 12 Executive Summary is a summary of a full SAMREC-compliant Competent Person's Report (CPR), structured according to the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) Section 12 Listing Requirements. This concise summary of a CPR appeals to boards and investors and can be attached as an appendix to Listing documentation instead of a full CPR. It has to be approved by the JSE reader panel.
